It is spread across systems
Drive, wiki, contracts, email threads and one person's folder.
Solution · Knowledge
Let employees ask a question instead of searching for a file — answered from your approved documents, with the source shown and access scoped by role.
The problem
Drive, wiki, contracts, email threads and one person's folder.
The fastest route to an answer is interrupting the person who knows.
Someone answers confidently from a policy that changed last year.
Starting scope
Full working functionality for the agreed workflow — not an artificially limited demo. The workflow itself is agreed with you before the trial starts.
What the system does
The assistant retrieves from the documents you approve for it, answers in plain language, and shows where the answer came from so it can be checked.

Integrations
Source systems can remain the systems of record. Retrieval and indexing architecture is scoped around the available connectors, permissions and data requirements, while unnecessary migration is avoided.
Integration feasibility is confirmed during scoping.
Human control
A knowledge assistant is a retrieval and drafting tool. Where an answer carries legal or financial weight, it points to the source and the responsible person.
Example implementations
Staff check standard positions and non-standard clauses without interrupting a partner.
Service staff check warranty conditions and procedures at the counter.
New staff get consistent answers regardless of which site they joined.
Questions
Data handling and processing boundaries are defined during system design and agreed before deployment, including which providers are used and under what terms. This is a design decision made with you, not a default we apply silently.
Retrieval is scoped by role. The assistant is configured to respect source and role-based access boundaries, and access design is part of the build rather than an afterthought.
Preparation can often be limited, but it is not zero. Documents need to be findable and reasonably current. Part of the technical review is identifying which sources are reliable enough to include and which should be left out at the start.
Give your team 3 days of answers from your approved documents, with sources shown, before you decide whether to keep it.
