01Who is responsible

For data-protection purposes, the controller is Andrei Starostin, operating the REDARNI service.

02Information we may collect

• Your name and business email address
• Your company and website
• Workflow and project information you describe to us
• Information about the systems and tools involved
• Campaign attribution such as utm parameters and a gclid value
• Technical information needed to operate the website

When you send the enquiry form, the information you entered is transmitted to REDARNI by email so that the enquiry, and any project that follows, can be handled.

Please do not send customer personal data, health information, passwords or other sensitive information through the enquiry form.

• To operate and improve the website
• To understand which campaigns and sources bring enquiries
• To prevent abuse and security incidents

04Legal bases

Where the law that applies to you requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the following, depending on the purpose:

• Steps you ask us to take before entering into a service agreement — for example reviewing your workflow and preparing a live trial
• Our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, understanding where enquiries come from, and operating and securing the website and service
• Your consent, only where we specifically ask for it

Sending an enquiry does not mean you have given consent to anything else. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by contacting us.

05Data during a 3-day live trial

A 3-day live trial runs inside your business and may involve access to systems you control. Where the agreed workflow requires it, the trial may process real business and customer data.

• Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the agreed workflow
• API and OAuth permissions are scoped wherever the connected system allows
• You can revoke that access at any time from your own systems
• Sensitive data should not be submitted through the public enquiry form

Before a live trial involving personal data, project-specific data terms or a data processing agreement may be required and will be agreed with you first.

06Browser storage and attribution

This website sets no cookies. It uses your browser's session storage for one purpose:

• Session storage keeps campaign context — utm parameters, a gclid value, the page you arrived on, the referring site and the time of arrival. If you send an enquiry, this campaign context is included with it. Session storage clears when you close the tab.

No analytics or advertising provider is currently installed. Before one is, an appropriate consent configuration will be put in place for the markets concerned. Fonts are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service when a page loads.

07Service providers

Depending on the project, information may be handled by providers in these categories:

• Hosting
• Email delivery
• CRM
• AI model providers
• Voice and telephony providers
• Database and infrastructure providers

Enquiries sent through this website are delivered to REDARNI by email through an email-delivery provider, with hosting providers processing the submission as needed to deliver it. The initial enquiry flow does not use a separate REDARNI lead database.

The providers used for a specific project are agreed as part of that project where personal data is involved.

08Retention

We retain enquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, security and dispute handling.

When a live trial ends without continuation, REDARNI switches off its system and removes its integration access where applicable.

09Security

The enquiry form is sent over an encrypted connection and checked server-side before it is delivered. Credentials for the services REDARNI uses are held server-side and never in the website's code. Access to systems during a live trial is scoped and revocable.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply measures appropriate to the information involved.

10International processing

Some technology providers process data in countries other than your own. Where that is the case, appropriate safeguards will be considered where the applicable law requires them.

11Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of information you provided. To make a request, contact hello@redarni.com.

Where applicable, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in the country where you live, work or where an alleged infringement took place.
