01About REDARNI

REDARNI provides AI systems and workflow automation services for businesses.

In these terms, “REDARNI”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the REDARNI service operated by Andrei Starostin. Contact: hello@redarni.com.

02Website information

Material on this website is general information. It is not a binding quotation unless specifically agreed in writing. Demonstrations in the Lab are scripted and illustrative.

03The 3-day live trial

• The trial normally runs for 72 hours from the agreed activation time
• REDARNI charges no implementation fee for the agreed trial
• REDARNI-managed AI, voice and infrastructure usage within the agreed trial scope is covered by REDARNI
• Your existing third-party services and subscriptions remain your responsibility
• Technical feasibility is confirmed before activation
• Appropriate permissions, safeguards, monitoring, fallbacks and human approval may be used
• The trial covers an agreed working workflow — not unlimited automation of the entire business

04Ending the trial

If you do not continue, REDARNI may disable the REDARNI-managed system and its integration access may be revoked. You owe REDARNI no implementation fee for the trial.

05Paid continuation

• A Live AI Workflow starts from €1,500
• A Production AI System starts from €7,500
• Enterprise / Multi-Agent projects start from €20,000 and are scoped separately
• Managed AI Operations starts from €490 per month and is optional unless separately agreed
• Pricing on this website is starting pricing, not a binding quote
• After the trial, variable AI, voice and infrastructure usage may be charged where applicable

Paid work begins only once you agree to continue, at the scope and price confirmed in writing. A written agreement overrides any summary on this website.

06Intellectual property

During the free trial, REDARNI-managed prompts, orchestration, workflow logic, internal configuration and REDARNI infrastructure remain under REDARNI control unless otherwise agreed.

You retain ownership and control of your own systems, your data and your pre-existing materials.

07Your responsibilities

You must have the authority to give access to the systems and data involved. You remain responsible for your own business decisions and your own legal obligations.

08AI limitations

AI systems can make mistakes. REDARNI does not guarantee:

• Perfect accuracy
• Uninterrupted service
• Specific revenue or efficiency gains
• Legal or regulatory compliance of your use case
• Compatibility with every system

Human review or approval may be required for higher-impact actions.

09Confidentiality

Project information shared with REDARNI is treated as confidential business information and used only to evaluate, build and operate the agreed work, subject to any required service providers and legal obligations.

For sensitive projects, project-specific NDA terms can be agreed before access to sensitive systems or information. An NDA applies only once it has been signed.

10Data and security terms

Project-specific confidentiality, data processing and security terms may be agreed separately where the project requires them.

11Suspension

REDARNI may suspend a trial or a system where needed for security, misuse or material operational risk.

12Governing law

Project-specific agreements may specify governing law and jurisdiction. Where no separate agreement applies, mandatory applicable law will govern.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
